Michael H. Beaumont. Mr. Beaumont's career covers 23 years during which time he has been involved in all aspects of private equity investing including M&A, leveraged finance, corporate governance and general management. Prior to co-founding IGP, from 1991 to 1996 Mr. Beaumont was a Principal at American Industrial Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm. From 1983 to 1990 Mr. Beaumont worked in the leveraged buyout finance group of General Electric Capital Corporation and in the energy division of Bank of Montreal. Mr. Beaumont received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Prior to obtaining his MBA, Mr. Beaumont worked as a chemical engineer from 1979 to 1981 and served as an officer in the South African army.

R. Patrick Forster. Mr. Forster's career covers 33 years, during which time he has built a substantial track record in general management and private equity investing. Prior to co-founding IGP, from 1991 to 1996 Mr. Forster served as a senior advisor to American Industrial Partners. From 1986 to 1990 he invested in and managed a number of private sector manufacturing companies, most notably leading the successful buyout of Litton Industries' Itek Graphix division in 1986. From 1970 to 1986 Mr. Forster held a number of senior management positions with Litton Industries, including running its Conveyer Equipment, Microwave and Medical Electronics divisions. Mr. Forster has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, a Master of Arts degree from the University of Manchester (as a Marshall Scholar) and a Doctorate in International Business from Northwestern University.

Gottfried P. Tittiger. Mr. Tittiger has spent 23 years investing in private sector transactions, focused almost entirely on leveraged buyouts, management buyouts and structured finance. Over his career he has garnered considerable experience in M&A, the governance of portfolio companies and general management. Prior to co-founding IGP, from 1991 to 1996 Mr. Tittiger was a Principal at American Industrial Partners. From 1984 to 1990, Mr. Tittiger held a number of positions in the leveraged buyout finance group of General Electric Capital Corporation. Mr. Tittiger received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from San Francisco State University.

Eric D. Heglie. Mr Heglie joined IGP in 2000 and brings significant experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions focused on niche-oriented, middle-market companies. Mr. Heglie has had a number of significant roles in successful investments and participates in sourcing, evaluating and executing new investments as well as monitoring existing investments and managing portfolio divestitures. Prior to joining IGP, Mr. Heglie spent four years with Jefferies & Company, Inc., a full-service investment bank and institutional securities firm focused on growing and mid-sized companies. Mr. Heglie received his Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jeffrey M. Webb. Mr. Webb has over thirteen years experience in private equity and public equity investing with a focus on manufacturing and industrial service businesses. Mr. Webb joined IGP in 2003 and participates in sourcing, evaluating and executing new investments as well as monitoring existing investments and managing portfolio company divestitures. Mr. Webb joined IGP from Ridge Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on platform build-ups and growth investments in companies in the lower middle-market. Prior to joining Ridge Capital, Mr. Webb worked in the Equity Research Department of William Blair & Company, LLC, a Chicago-based investment bank, and at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. Mr. Webb received a Masters of Business Administration degree with Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in economics from Cornell University. Mr. Webb is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Donald C. Miller.
Mr. Miller joined IGP in 2008 and brings a strong background in general management, operations and private equity to the firm. Immediately preceding IGP, Mr. Miller spent 7 years at Gryphon Investors, a mid-market private equity firm with $1 billion under management, where he had operations leadership responsibility across Gryphon's portfolio of companies. Prior to Gryphon, Mr. Miller spent 20 years in industry across a full range of businesses, starting his career with IBM and holding executive management positions with companies ranging from IGT, a $2+ billion NYSE company focused on gaming technology, and SAP, the $10 billion worldwide leader in enterprise software solutions, to Fenetre Technology, a startup technology company. Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of California, Davis.
Mr. Miller has served as a director of MSD Ignition, Consolidated Fire Protection, PHNS, Gingiss International, Staffing Now, and Update Legal, all of which are current or former Gryphon portfolio companies.
Peter B. Reidenbach. Mr. Reidenbach joined IGP from GE Antares Capital, the middle market leveraged finance group of GE Commercial Finance. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Reidenbach worked in the Litigation Advisory Services group of Ernst & Young and the Commercial Banking department of Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Reidenbach received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business and Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Amherst College.
Daniel L. Delaney. Mr. Delaney joined IGP from Glencoe Capital, LLC, a Chicago based private equity firm, where he was a Vice President focused on late-stage buyouts in the industrial, energy and consumer industries. Prior to joining Glencoe, Mr. Delaney worked in the investment banking group at A.G. Edwards, Inc. Mr. Delaney received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University and Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations and Accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Beta Gamma Sigma and with Honors.
Matthew P. Antaya. Mr. Antaya joined IGP from Citigroup, where he was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division in San Francisco. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Antaya worked at Wachovia Securities, providing senior secured credit facilities for middle-market companies. Mr. Antaya received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, in Finance from the College of William & Mary.
Zachary C. Strobel. Mr. Strobel joined IGP from Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he worked as an investment banking analyst in the Basic Industrial Group in Chicago. Mr. Strobel received a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Mary D. Tran. Ms. Tran joined IGP from Jefferies & Company, Inc., a full-service investment bank and institutional securities firm focused on growing and mid-sized companies. At Jefferies, Ms. Tran worked as an analyst in its Investment Banking unit in San Francisco, CA. While at Jefferies, Ms. Tran helped advise clients on a variety of transactions including, leverage buyout opportunities, equity, debt and high yield offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Tran received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the College of Letters & Science at the University of California, Berkeley.

Ronald E. Bancroft. Mr. Bancroft serves as a special advisor to IGP on organizational and strategic matters. Mr. Bancroft is a former partner of McKinsey & Co. and has a distinguished career in business across many industries. Mr. Bancroft is an honors graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Masters degree in Politics and Economics from Oxford University (as a Rhodes Scholar).
Robert Tunno. Mr. Tunno serves as an operating advisor to IGP with over 30 years expertise in the operations of mid-size manufacturing companies. Mr.Tunno lead the 2001 buyout of Breeze Industrial Products in partnership with IGP where he served as President and CEO. Prior to 2001, Mr. Tunno was Group President of TransTechnology Corporation with responsibility for thirteen divisions in the USA, Canada, Europe and South America. Mr. Tunno received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business and BS from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Tunno also attended the Tuck Executive Management Program at Dartmouth College.
