Mr. Beaumont's career covers 29 years during which time he has been involved in all aspects of private equity investing including M&A, leveraged finance, corporate governance and general management. Prior to co-founding IGP, from 1991 to 1996 Mr. Beaumont was a Principal at American Industrial Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm. From 1983 to 1990 Mr. Beaumont worked in the leveraged buyout finance group of General Electric Capital Corporation and in the energy division of Bank of Montreal. Mr. Beaumont received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Prior to obtaining his MBA, Mr. Beaumont worked as a chemical engineer from 1979 to 1981 for Total S.A. and served as an officer in the South African army.

Mr. Tittiger has spent 26 years investing in private sector transactions, focused almost entirely on leveraged buyouts, management buyouts and structured finance. Prior to co-founding IGP, from 1991 to 1996 Mr. Tittiger was a Principal at American Industrial Partners. From 1984 to 1990, Mr. Tittiger held a number of positions in the leveraged buyout finance group of General Electric Capital Corporation. Mr. Tittiger received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from San Francisco State University.

Mr. Heglie joined IGP in 2000 and has over 15 years of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions focused on niche-oriented, middle-market companies. Mr. Heglie has had a number of significant roles in successful investments and participates in sourcing, evaluating and executing new investments as well as monitoring existing investments and managing portfolio divestitures. Prior to joining IGP, Mr. Heglie spent four years with Jefferies & Company, Inc., a full-service investment bank and institutional securities firm focused on growing and mid-sized companies. Mr. Heglie received his Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Webb has over 17 years experience in private equity and public equity investing with a focus on manufacturing and industrial service businesses. Mr. Webb joined IGP in 2003 and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing new investments as well as monitoring existing investments and managing portfolio company divestitures. Mr. Webb joined IGP from Ridge Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on platform build-ups and growth investments in companies in the lower middle-market. Prior to joining Ridge Capital, Mr. Webb worked in the Equity Research Department of William Blair & Company, LLC, a Chicago-based investment bank, and at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. Mr. Webb received a Masters of Business Administration degree with Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in Economics from Cornell University. Mr. Webb is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Delaney has over 12 years experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions primarily focused on the industrial and energy related markets. Mr. Delaney joined IGP in 2007 and participates in sourcing, evaluating and executing new investments as well as managing existing investments. Mr. Delaney joined from Glencoe Capital, LLC, a Chicago based private equity firm, where he was a Vice President focused on late-stage buyouts in the industrial, energy and consumer industries.  Prior to joining Glencoe, Mr. Delaney worked in the investment banking group at A.G. Edwards, Inc. Mr. Delaney received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University and his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations and Accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Beta Gamma Sigma, and with Honors.

Mr. DiFranco has over 18 years of experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and financing for lower middle-market companies. Mr. DiFranco joined IGP in 2012 and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments as well as managing existing portfolio companies. Mr. DiFranco joined IGP from the Seattle office of Blue Point Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm focused on middle-market investments in the manufacturing and business services industries. Prior to joining Blue Point, Mr. DiFranco worked in investment banking within the Industrials Group at McDonald Investments, in the middle market lending group at Bank One, and as the COO of an air charter transportation start-up company. Mr. DiFranco received a Masters of Business Administration from the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Boston College.

Mr. DiFranco currently serves as a director of Cambridge International, Inc.

Mr. Brennan joined IGP from Key Principal Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm, where he was an Operating Principal focused on portfolio operational excellence initiatives. Mr. Brennan served as an interim CEO and Board member/advisor on several KPP portfolio companies, including companies engaged in the manufacture of precision machined components for the aerospace industry, structural metal components for the automotive and small engine industries, and electronic manufacturing services to the contract manufacturing industry. While at KPP, Mr. Brennan also spent a significant amount of time in China working on several manufacturing-sector start-up and growth projects. Prior to his tenure at KPP, Mr. Brennan held operational and engineering leadership roles at several privately held middle-market manufacturing companies in the United States. Mr. Brennan specializes in working with portfolio companies on strategy deployment, lean and six sigma implementations, and setting up and managing low-cost country manufacturing/distribution operations. Mr. Brennan received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Mr. Austin has over 11 years of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions focused on niche-oriented, middle-market companies. Mr. Austin joined IGP from Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he was a Vice President focused on late-stage buyouts in the services industry. Prior to joining Lake, Mr. Austin spent four years at The Riverside Company, a middle market private equity firm, and three years at Harris Williams, an investment bank focused exclusively on middle market M&A. Mr. Austin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia and his Masters of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Antaya joined IGP in 2006 from Citigroup Global Markets, where he was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division in San Francisco. While at Citigroup, Mr. Antaya focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings for companies in a variety of different industries. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Antaya worked at Wachovia Securities, focused exclusively on providing senior secured credit facilities for middle-market companies.  Mr. Antaya received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, in Finance from the College of William & Mary.

Mr. Fernandez joined IGP from Merrill Lynch & Co. As an analyst in Merrill Lynch's Global Technology Investment Banking group, he participated in mergers & acquisitions, debt, equity and convertible financings for global technology clients. Mr. Fernandez received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, summa cum laude, from California Polytechnic State University.

Mr. Kadakia joined IGP from Sagent Advisors, where he was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division in New York. While at Sagent, Mr. Kadakia focused on mergers and acquisitions and private placements for companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Kadakia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Finnie joined IGP from Robert W. Baird & Co. While an analyst at Baird, he participated in mergers & acquisitions, debt, equity and private placement financings for companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Finnie received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, summa cum laude, from Marquette University.

Special Advisors

Mr. Forster's career covers 40 years, during which time he has built a substantial track record in general management and private equity investing. Prior to co-founding IGP, from 1991 to 1996 Mr. Forster served as a senior advisor to American Industrial Partners. From 1986 to 1990 he invested in and managed a number of private sector manufacturing companies, most notably leading the highly successful buyout of Litton Industries' Itek Graphix division in 1986. From 1970 to 1986 Mr. Forster held a number of senior management positions with Litton Industries, including running its Conveyer Equipment, Microwave and Medical Electronics divisions. Mr. Forster has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, a Master of Arts degree from the University of Manchester (as a Marshall Scholar) and a Doctorate in International Business from Northwestern University.

Mr. Bancroft serves as a special advisor to IGP on organizational and strategic matters. Mr. Bancroft is a former partner of McKinsey & Co. and has a distinguished career in business across many industries. Mr. Bancroft is an honors graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Masters degree in Politics and Economics from Oxford University (as a Rhodes Scholar).

Mr. Tunno serves as an operating advisor to IGP and has over 31 years of experience in the operations and general management. In partnership with IGP, Mr.Tunno led the 2001 buyout of Breeze Industrial Products, where he served as President and CEO during IGP's ownership period. Prior to 2001, Mr. Tunno was Group President of TransTechnology Corporation with responsibility for 13 corporate divisions in the USA, Canada, Europe and South America. Mr. Tunno received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business and Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Tunno also attended the Tuck Executive Management Program at Dartmouth College.
